We are dedicated to helping our residents achieve sobriety and rebuild their lives in a positive and healthy manner.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of Live-In House Manager for our men's recovery house. The House Manager will be responsible for managing the residents, ensuring they follow house rules and guidelines, complete assigned chores, and maintain positive interactions with their neighbors and fellow residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the recovery house.
• Ensure residents adhere to house rules and policies.
• Assist with transportation of residents to treatment programs in Lanham, MD, and other appointments as needed.
• Conduct drug testing and breathalyzer screenings as required.
• Maintain a supportive and respectful environment for residents in recovery.
• Handle resident conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Communicate regularly with the program director and staff regarding resident progress and concerns.

Requirements:

• Must be drug and alcohol-free.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders or in a similar capacity.
• Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and understanding demeanor towards individuals in recovery.
